terrymichael.net Terry Michael comments on the madness of Merck producing drugs that cause fat redistribution and then producing another drug, under a subsidiary with a different name, that is claimed to resolve the problem (but within its own side effects). Is it madness or something more nefarious? - May 6th HIV-related excess belly fat [advertisement]
EMD Serono (Merck) This advertisement by a company called EMD Serono helps mitigate one of the common side effects of drugs like Mercks Crixivan. If you read the really, really fine print you will see that, diabolically, EMD is a subsidiary of Merck. The advertisement admits that the side effects of these injections to reduce body fat are not really understood. Seen in the May 3, 2012 issues of DC Metro Weekly. - April 30th HIV and AIDS Activities > Tenative approval of lamivudine, nevirapine, and zidovudine fixed dose combination / PEPFAR

San Jose Mercury News The virtually bankrupt state of California still has money to subsidize one of its own drug companies, Gilead, by spending $11.8 million for the poisoning of about 3000 HIV-negative (!) people with Truvada, people who are defined as at risk. The aim of the study is for efforts to get about 3,000 HIV-infected people in Southern California into treatment and keep them there. - April 16th Episode 48: Dr. Johnny Duncan
How Positive Are You Dr. Johnny Duncan was given an ELISA test by the US military in 1999 that turned up as inconclusive. He was given a Western Blot but the results were never reported to him. However, when he showed up at a hospital with pneumonia two years later he was told he had AIDS and advised to, make your will. He was on and off the drugs after 2003 but as he learned more from Dr. Peter Duesberg and others he decided to quit totally in mid-2011.
- April 12th Guidelines for the Use of Antiretroviral Agents in HIV-1-Infected Adults and Adolescents
NIH Based mainly on the expert opinion of the financial prostitutes (judging by the published relationships with drug companies) the US government panel on Antiretroviral Guidelines, ART [Antiretroviral Therapy] is recommended for all HIV-infected individuals.. New recommendations are for ART without regard to CD4 counts, and specifically during pregnancy where the nucleoside analogs are particularly catastrophic than for any cells that might want to divide. But then, if youre giving drugs to everyone why even talk about who gets them? - April 11th The AIDS war on breastfeeding

Catherine (not her real name) was diagnosed HIV+ in 2005. It didnt seem to make sense but she went on AZT for a while anyway. After stopping the drugs she tried health programs recommended by the late Hulda Clark and the (not late) Tine van der Maas. To her surprise, her numbers were then better. She is now health and much better informed, but still feels like she will never be able to have a relationship again because of the social stigma. - March 27th School Teacher Finds Life Mismatches ''HIV/AIDS'' Dogma

UPI There has been speculation about whether the screen idol, and secretly homosexual, Rock Hudson was killed by AZT back in the 1980s. Probably not, he had an experimental drug HPA-23 from the Pasteur Institute. In one study it was noted that the high dose was discontinued by the majority (in less than 8 weeks), and the standard dose was only fairly well tolerated (which is a euphemism for having a lot of side effects) and, most importantly, No improvement of the clinical status of the patients was observed during the 8 weeks of treatment. - March 21st AIDS: Greatest blunder in medical history? PLoS One From a total of 14,227 HIV-1+ patients in the study cohort, 5,417 subjects were identified as being diagnosed HIV-1+ for more than 7 years. Of these, 1,204 had never been prescribed ART [anti-retroviral therapy] of whom 19.9% had CD4+ T-cell count history that consistently remained within the normal range. [this last fraction is used to radically reduce the number of such people by claiming that healthy people with low CD4 counts are actually sick]
Of the 6,390 HIV-1+ patients currently attending our centre for HIV treatment and care, 13 (0.20%) have been identified in this study as LTNP, of whom one (0.02%) was an HIC [HIV Controller]. [the magical vanishing LTNP!] - March 5th Prosecutor retires OMSJ case

AIDSMap A man in France has been found criminally liable of infecting two men despite the fact that he was not tested for HIV antibodies until years afterwards. The police apparently found all the former sex partners of the two men, found all of them to be negative, and therefore concluded that the accused must have been the source of the HIV. Even this mainstream AIDS website is incredulous about this case. - February 28th Expanding ART for Treatment and Prevention of HIV in South Africa: Estimated Cost and Cost-Effectiveness 2011-2050
PLoS One Based on a mathematical model that ignores drug side effects these authors conclude that putting every HIV-positive person on AIDS drugs will save $0.6 billion by 2050
if all their assumptions are correct. They dont say how many people they will kill or injure through adverse effects of the drugs. - February 28th High level of soluble HLA-G in the female genital tract of Beninese commercial sex workers is associated with HIV-1 infection

Radio Liberty After 15 years, Dr. Stan Monteith, author of AIDS: The Unnecessary Epidemic, gets his long-awaited interview with Dr. Peter Duesberg on whether HIV is a bioweapon, with the help of RA Media Coordinator, Jason Erb. Hear the sparks fly as Dr. Stan presses Dr. Duesberg on anecdotal stories from the past, while Dr. Duesberg wants to address scientific issues, including those raised in his 2011 peer-reviewed scientific journal article, AIDS since 1984: No evidence for a new, viral epidemic -- not even in Africa. - February 23rd FOX59: Man Accused of Spreading HIV

Calgary Herald A homeless young woman is not sent to prison for having unprotected sex with some homeless young men. It is not clear whether this is a genuine move in Canada towards less harsh treatment of HIV+ people or just the general revulsion towards convicting the gentler sex of violent rape when all they did was have consensual sex. - February 22nd Perpetuating stigma
In The Life Media A video about the criminalization of HIV-seropositivity in women told from a mainstream perspective. There are double the layers of sadness and tragedy when the HIV=AIDS dogma is rethought. - February 21st Death by denial: The campaigners who continue to deny HIV causes Aids
The Guardian Fresh from attacking Dr. Wakefield who had the temerity to say that the MMR vaccine might have side effects, journalist with dark connections Brian Deer turns his sights on AIDS denialists. - February 21st The Evolving Landscape of the Economics of HIV Treatment and Prevention
PLoS Medicine One of Canadas most influential AIDS drug pushers writes that the cost effectiveness of HAART has been underestimated because the impact on reducing transmission has been ignored. They still ignore, however, the cost of the toxicity of the drugs. In their mathematical models, there is no toxicity. - February 8th Supreme Court to hear HIV disclosure case - Manitoba - CBC News
Canadas legal system is to discuss whether they are treating HIV+ Canadians too harshly, with sentences of 10-20 years in jail. Since they refuse to discuss this outside the mainstream HIV=AIDS dogma, the only argument on the table is that HIV+ people with low viral loads (e.g. because they are taking life-saving treatment) are not very infectious.

OMSJ In the second report in two weeks, WISH TV reports that the case against another criminal HIV defendant is in doubt. Fifteen months have passed since local police arrested Tony Perkins for having knowingly infected about a 100 women with AIDS. But after OMSJs review of the prosecutors evidence, OMSJ has found no evidence that Perkins was ever competently diagnosed by a physician. And when OMSJ cross-examined the prosecutions expert witness last month, the senior official from the Indiana Dept. of Health was forced to admit that she is not was expert in HIV or HIV testing. This report comes one week after NBC News affiliate KSN reported OMSJs appeal of USAF Sergeant David Gutierrez, who was convicted after his military attorneys compromised the case. Johnson County Prosecutor Bradley Cooper insists that he will be ready for trial next month. - May 3rd A third of deaths in patients with HIV are attributable to other serious illness present at time of HIV diagnosis

This history of the corrupt approval of AZT and other issues swirling around is mandatory reading for all people with questions about the HIV=AIDS dogma. - April 27th Late initiation of HAART among HIV-infected patients in Spain is frequent and related to a higher rate of virological failure but not to immigrant status
HIV Clin Trials This paper shows that starting AIDS drugs late was associated with a greater rise in viral load but no increase in the overall risk of virological failure (VF), death, opportunistic infection, treatment discontinuation/switch (D/S), or missing patient. If you remove virological failure (which does increase) then some of the other bad outcomes must have gone down with later start of AIDS drugs. - April 27th G. Edward Griffin on HIV AIDS, Big Pharma Fraud

health-e A controversial US project that pays drug users and alcoholics to undergo sterilisation or long-term contraception, is setting its sights on women living with HIV in South Africa. Founder of Project Prevention Barbara Harris
has famously been quoted as saying in reference to drug addicts: We dont allow dogs to breed. We spay them. We neuter them. We try to keep them from having unwanted puppies, and yet then women are literally having litters of children. [the purpose of sterilizing HIV+ women is to prevent them from having children that have HIV antibodies]
[the article goes on to claim] Various medical interventions [AZT and Nevirapine], some available to state patients in South Africa, enable women living with HIV to have perfectly healthy babies. - April 18th AIDS prevention pill study halted
CBC News The big push now is for drugs for everyone at risk for HIV infection, which means all people with black skin, all gay men and, eventually, everyone else as well. This failure to show that Truvada had any impact on the development of HIV antibodies will not stop them. - April 15th San Franciscos HIV rate could be cut sharply with expanded treatment, study predicts
Medical News Today As if AIDS drugs had no side effect the pressure to put all HIV-positive people, especially gay men, on drugs as soon as they develop HIV antibodies, is increasing. - April 13th French nobelist escapes Intellectual Terror to pursue radical ideas in China
Science According to Science (and who could not believe a journal that published Gallos AIds research?) Montagnier has fled to China to study electromagnetic waves [that] emanate from the highly diluted DNA of various pathogens. One detects a little sarcasm in the extract that is publicly available, yet Montagnier still remains in the bosom of the establishment with his Nobel for HIV, yet dissidents such as Duesberg and the Perth Group remained shunned. What will happen if Montagnier fully (as opposed to mostly) recants that HIV=AIDS dogma? - April 13th The Berlin Patient Demystifying AIDS?
The Vienna Review in 2007, Timothy Ray Brown, referred to as the Berlin Patient, received a rare stem cell transplant treatment to combat myeloid leukemia, a cancer of the immune system. Cancer was the form AIDS had taken with this particular victim. By the end of 2010, Brown was cured of the cancer and no traces of HIV remained in his system
it is impossible to be certain if this treatment was completely responsible for his recovery. Some believe it had nothing to do with the genetic makeup of the stem-cell donor or even that AIDS, in general, has anything to do with the human immunodeficiency virus
- April 12th Number of Americans Believed to be HIV-Infected (HIV Prevalence)
Estimates of the number of people believed to be infected with HIV in the United States have varied dramatically but the number one million was postulated in the early 1980s and is still the number most frequently cited today. This differs dramatically from the number of AIDS cases that rose until the mid-1990s and then fell almost as dramatically. - April 9th I Wont Go Quietly
Blue Bell Media A documentary (in German) describing the impact that the HIV=AIDS dogma has had on women who reject the dogma. - April 1st Highly contagious AIDS-like disease spreading in China
The Epoch Times Every few years a story emerges of people with AIDS like symptoms but no signs of HIV, as measured by antibody tests etc. Consideration is never given to environmental factors, and despite the small number of cases, with dramatic differences in symptoms, immediately a new virus is looked for. Despite the high levels of toxic air, water, soil and food pollution in China (sometimes the smog makes it difficult to see even the AIDS posters), uncontrolled use of pharmaceutical drugs, and other factors, nothing but infectious causes are considered. Note that the first case noted was an old woman who received a blood transfusion, and adverse reactions to foreign blood are not uncommon. - April 1st Catching cancer cells
WSJ Harvard and MIT scientists report a new device that could detect single cancer cells. Interestingly, they are reported as noting that, once perfected, the experimental device may also be able to detect viruses such as HIV. Why would a virus that is biologically active be so difficult to detect? - April 1st ICAR 2011: Abstracts
Infection In the midst of a sea of mainstream abstracts at this mainstream AIDS conference are three abstracts with authors like Marco Ruggiero, Matteo Prayer Galletti, Henry Bauer, Peter Duesberg, David Rasnick, Christian Fiala and Claus Koehnlein along with some new names from both sides of the Atlantic. JanuaryMarch 2011 - March 28th A message from your immune system
Gilead If youre a gay man (this ad was published in a gay weekly) you are encouraged to take AIDS drugs if your T cell count is under 500. Or, what the heck, even above 500. The side effects, this ad by the manufacturer of Truvada assures us, are now more manageable. You know, liver failure, liver transplant. Kidney failure, kidney transplant. Why worry, be happy, take your pills every day. As far as we know this ad has not appeared in any magazines for straight, white folks. - March 19th Propaganda Courtesy of the Royal Society and the BBC
Science Under Attack, aired on 24th January in the UK in BBC Twos Horizon series, is a superb piece of propaganda masquerading as a scientific documentary. It seeks to quench any doubts that emissions of carbon dioxide are greatly speeding up global warming. A secondary aim seems to be to safeguard pronouncements from the scientific Establishment against criticism from outsiders. - March 9th Episode 34: Interview with Dr. Marco Ruggiero

J Acquir Immune Defic Syndr The incidence of first severe anemia was assessed among HIV-uninfected infants in
MTCT [mother-to-child transmission] prevention trials in Botswana. Severe anemia rates were compared between 3 groups: infants exposed to maternal HAART in utero and during breastfeeding and 1 month of postnatal zidovudine (HAART-BF); infants exposed to maternal zidovudine (ZDV [AZT]) in utero, 6 months of postnatal ZDV, and breastfeeding (ZDV-BF); and infants exposed to maternal ZDV in utero, 1 month of postnatal ZDV, and formula-feeding (ZDV-FF)
A total of 1719 infants were analyzed- 691 HAART-BF, 503 ZDV-BF, and 525 ZDV-FF. Severe anemia was detected in 118 infants (7.4%). By 6 months, By 6 months, 12.5% of HAART-BF infants experienced severe anemia, compared with 5.3% of ZDV-BF and 2.5% of ZDV-FF infants [which is amazing because one of the most notorious side effects of ZDV [AZT] is anemia. Note that there was no comparison with a group whose mothers were not given any AIDS drugs during pregnancy] - February 24th Episode 33: Interview with Joan Shenton

The Nation (Malawi) Emma Poti, 53, of Chirimba, Blantyre has been on ARVs since 2003. She observed a drastic weight loss four years later in 2007. She said her skeleton started protruding from muscle wastage and her cheeks sank in
[but sadly she is a true believer] I went back to hospital to present my case but I was simply asked whether I preferred to get off the drug without an alternative. I refused since the drugs are meant to be taken for a lifetime and stopping would be disastrous. My two fingers on the right are now crippled and I also experience body numbness from taking the drugs.
[and the AIDS organizations are no better]
Meanwhile, Malawi Health Equity Network (MHEN) executive director Martha Kwataine says her organisation does not have figures of people living with toxic effects of the drugs. She said civil society groups have been holding meetings with people that have complained to them and have been lobbying government and private sector to bring in more alternatives of the locally offered medications. - February 17th Tommy Morrison declares Robert Gallo to be his greatest opponent

Morrison states he wants to take a test that will 100% show he does not carry a contagious virus. The problem though has been finding such a test. Morrison has reached out to HIV experts and those in the medical field relentlessly in recent days and is having a hard time finding anyone who can actually provide him with a test that will test for the virus itself. Standard testing is done by way of looking for the antibodies to HIV. According to Morrison, antibodies are particles of proteins that are not contagious in the ring. Further, he states tests on the market do not detect the HIV VIRUS and one can make an antibody test show positive because of over 80 different reasons

- February 4th Insanity Inc: How the CDC Disclaims Itself from Itself
OMSJ month, Saundra asked the CDC if HIV tests are reliable and accurate. The CDC replied that they could not recommend any tests, but said that the FDA was better suited to answer. But when Saundra asked them, the FDA replied that a physician would be necessary to decide which test to employ and how to interpret the results from that test. Their reply contained this link where more information can be found about HIV tests and treatments. Unfortunately, the FDA cannot attest to the accuracy of information provided by their website, but affirmed its dedication to quality guidelines establishing quality assurance policies, standards, and processes as per HHS guidelines. If Saundra had clicked on the HHS Guideline link, she would find this page, which contains similar information and a disclaimer (bottom) that would take her to this page; which advises that HHS is not responsible for the contents of any off-site web page (FDA, CDC, NIH) referenced from this server

BBC Horizon In a segment between minutes 42 and 47 of this video, extreme establishment scientist Sir Paul Nurse talks with Tony Lance. While the conversation is respectful Nurse concludes by failing to understand Lances position, completely ignoring (denying) the obvious fact that after more than 13 years HIV-positive without AIDS drugs or illness Lances own clear good health should condemn the HIV=AIDS dogma to death. Nurse does not appreciate the irony in the title and obviously does not understand that he is one of the participants in the suppression of free science. - January 24th Fraud plagues global health fund

- January 18th Morrison fight in jeopardy over blood test
Montreal Gazette A potential boxing match next month is in jeopardy because Tommy Morrison is at loggerheads with
the sports governing body in Quebec. Morrison, 42, a former World Boxing Organization heavyweight champion, allegedly tested positive in 1996 for HIV, the virus that causes AIDS. The RACJ has decreed Morrison must undergo a blood test before being licensed and sanctioned to fight here. Morrison, 48-3 with 42 knockouts, is scheduled to meet Eric Barrak in the six-round main event, Feb. 25 at the Pierre Charbonneau Centre. I want the world to know that I do not have the HIV virus, Morrison said in an email sent to The Gazette. Im asking, once again, that the RACJ send their doctor and a test that picks up the presence of the HIV virus a test thats unopened and in the package with instructions and disclaimers so that I can take the test in front of the cameras to prove that I do not have the HIV virus.

OctoberDecember 2010 - December 30th Preexposure Chemoprophylaxis for HIV Prevention in Men Who Have Sex with Men
N Engl J Med Another study that recommends that HIV-negative people at risk (i.e. gay men and blacks) be drugged. Interestingly, the study drug was only found in half the people taking Emtricitabine-Tenofovir who stayed negative (and only 9% of those who tested positive). This could indicate that the disappearance of symptoms after four weeks could be due to participants stopping their toxic therapy. And even the 50% could be a serious exaggeration as participants would be likely to take a pill before any study examination so they could say honestly, Yes I took my last dose. - December 26th UPDATE: Indiana mother wants dying, HIV-positive daughter released from prison
Michigan Messenger The cruelty of the treatment of HIV-positive people apparently knows no bounds. Here is an HIV-positive woman still in jail after a conviction in 2008 of spitting at a police officer who is now dying of gallbladder cancer (the article does not even ask if this is related to the use of antiretrovirals) and officials will not let her out of jail to die at home.- December 22nd Sexual behaviour does not reflect HIV-1 prevalence differences: a comparison study of Zimbabwe and Tanzania
J Int AIDS Soc Results of this study: The prevalence of HIV-1 among pregnant women was 26% in Zimbabwe and 7% in Tanzania. The HIV prevalence in both countries rises constantly with age up to the 25-30 year age group. After that, it continues to rise among Zimbabwean women, while it drops for Tanzanian women. Risky sexual behaviour was more prominent among Tanzanians than Zimbabweans. Conclusions: The higher HIV-1 prevalence among pregnant women in Zimbabwe compared with Tanzania cannot be explained by differences in risky sexual behaviour: all risk factors tested for in our study were higher for Tanzania than Zimbabwe - December 20th Male Circumcision in the General Population of Kisumu, Kenya: Beliefs about Protection, Risk Behaviors, HIV, and STIs
PLoS ONE we examined the behaviors, beliefs, and HIV/HSV-2 serostatus of men and women in the traditionally non-circumcising community of Kisumu, Kenya prior to establishment of voluntary medical male circumcision services. A total of 749 men and 906 women participated. Circumcision status was not associated with HIV/HSV-2 infection nor increased high risk sexual behaviors. In males, preference for being or becoming circumcised was associated with inconsistent condom use and increased lifetime number of sexual partners. Preference for circumcision was increased with understanding that circumcised men are less likely to become infected with HIV
Uncircumcised men who preferred circumcision were more likely to report inconsistent or no condom use, describe sexual partners as casual, and report current/recent genial ulcerations
This study did not detect the expected association between male circumcision and HIV seropositivity, possible due to limitations in sample size and prevalence. With 38% of men and nearly 65% of women HSV-2 positive, however, our ability to detect any association between genital herpes and circumcision status or preference for circumcised partners was improved no association was found. [translation: Men believe that sex while uncircumcised is a risk and, if promiscuous, are more likely to want to be circumcised. But the data of this study does not support belief in that risk]. - December 20th Nancy Banks on medical sanity

Daily Mail An article in this sensationalist and conservative newspaper from London, England, reports that, The two women who say they were sexually assaulted by the WikiLeaks editor Julian Assange would never have complained to police if he had agreed to take an HIV test. This breaks new ground in the concept of rape or sexual assault as it is apparently something that occurs after consensual sex that can determine if the sex was truly consensual. And what if Assange was HIV-positive, would that have meant that the sex was a crime at the time? - December 19th Episode 29: Dr. Peter Duesberg

Tabasco Hoy A Spanish language article from Mexico that starts, The scientific dissidents continue to doubt HIVs existence because they do not have reliable evidence for it. Today we must put on the table the debate over whether HIV exists and really is correlated with AIDS. Before addressing the subject we must ask why the scientists doubt referring to scientists who ask logical questions and seek answers based on scientific evidence, not those who get paid monthly to do HIV research. The simple reason is that so far no one has seen HIV in sick people, or elsewhere. There is no proof or evidence of its existence and not a single picture of the alleged virus HIV by electron microscopy using the blood from any human being

Science Daily
since the advent of highly active antiretroviral therapy (HAART), or 1996-2006, mortality among people living with HIV/AIDS (PLWHA) sharply decreased in the United States. So, too, did the percentages of PLWHA deaths attributable to AIDS-defining illnesses, just as there was a marked increase in the percentage of deaths attributable to heart, kidney, and liver disease
Deaths reported with all other cancers increased from 2.7% to 7.3% Deaths reported with heart, kidney, and liver disease increased from 4.9% to 10.2%, 7.9% to 12.0%, and 5.8% to 13.0%
But, is the decline in mortality due to HAART or due to the radical change in the definition of AIDS in America? At the time that HAART came out almost two-thirds of new AIDS diagnoses were among healthy people who would naturally live much longer even on toxic therapies. - December 2nd Pre-Empting World AIDS Day Video

But is it even worse when they take a tragedy and double it?- November 19th Interim Decision/Order in Celia Farber v. Richard Jefferys, Kevin D. Kuritsky, James J. Murtagh MD
Supreme Court of the State of New York The Judge in Celia Farbers libel lawsuit has refused to dismiss the case and has order the defendants to file submissions within 30 days. The judge describes Celia, the plaintiff, as, a journalist who has written extensively on issues related to AIDS. In particular, for many years she has covered, with sympathy and respect, the positions of Peter Duesberg, PhD, and other HIV dissenters on this subject. The judge explains the use of the term dissenter, Their detractors calls these individuals AIDS Denialists, a more pejorative expression which incorrectly suggests that this group denies the existence of AIDS
An analogous pejorative is the phrase AIDS Vigilantes or so-called AIDS activists, which Farber and others use to denote their detractors. This Court chooses to use the more neutral expressions, the traditional HIV-AIDS community for those who share Jefferys point of view, and HIV dissenters
for those who support Duesberg and Farbers position. - November 18th Mortality and causes of death in South Africa, 2008: Findings from death notification
Statistics South Africa Statistics South Africa (SSA) has published its 2008 data on mortality and causes of death today. Journalist Terry Michael comments, The data on natural causes of death are found in Table 4.5 on Page 28 of the 100-page report, using what in the US we call death certificates. The deaths SSA attributed to AIDS were 15,097 in 2008, up marginally from 13, 251 in 2007, but very close to the 14,783 SSA reported for 2006. But most importantly, the 2008 number is still LESS THAN 5% of what UNAIDS continues to hallucinate as the annual number of deaths320,00 or morewhich it attributes to AIDS or HIV disease in South Africa. To show how ludicrous that UNAIDS fabricated figure is, SSA reports the total numbers of deaths from ALL NATURAL CAUSES IN 2008 as 592,073, DOWN from 603,094 in 2007. So, in a country we are told is being devastated by a pandemic of AIDS, deaths from all causes are actually going down as population continues to rise. Statistics South Africa says that about 2.5% of deaths in their country are from HIV/AIDS and UNAIDS says about 50%. Who are you going to believe? - November 15th Treatment of tuberculosis: challenging the World Health Organization recommendation of simultaneous oral administration at the same time of the day of rifampicin, isoniazid and pyrazinamide
An HIV-positive tuberculosis patient is an AIDS case, according the WHO definition. Tuberculosis death toll is huge in the world, in some African countries 20% of tuberculosis patients die despite anti-TB treatment. HIV is commonly believed the main reason, because some TB victims are HIV-positive and the serostatus of others is unknown. Instead, this article suggests that the WHO-recommended practice of combining medications is the problem. When Rifampicin, Isoniazid and Pyrazinamide are given together at the same time of the day (such as in a combination pill) a reaction between these compounds in the stomach reduces the quantity of Rifampicin, which is pivotal for the treatment to sub-terapeutic blood levels and produces hydrazine which is highly toxic to the liver. It should be expected that proper anti-TB treatment (taking the drugs at different times of the day to avoid this reaction) could completely heal HIV-negative TB patients as well as AIDS cases of this kind. - November 12th Technologies of hope? Motherhood, HIV and infant feeding in eastern Africa
Anthropol Med This article focuses on the dramatic effects on identity and sociality instigated by prevention of mother to child transmission of HIV (PMTCT) programmes [that try to replace breastfeeding by formula feeding]
At the heart of the findings lie devastating transformations in perceptions of body and self among HIV positive mothers enrolled in the PMTCT programmes [in Ethiopia and Tanzania], transformations highlighted by the shifting interpretations of mothers milk. The women suffer from extreme fear of feeding their babies HIV infected mothers milk. Very few mothers could afford formula products, and exclusive breastfeeding emerged as the option of the poor who have to breastfeed and let their babies die. From being a prime symbol of nurture and love, mothers milk became a source of death in babies born to HIV positive mothers

Register-Star Though unable to craft a balanced state budget, New Yorks fractious legislature voted unanimously to no longer require written consent for HIV tests. I would have voted against the bill. First, because of the life-changing (and permanent) implications of a positive HIV test. Second, and more important, because there are many unresolved questions about HIV tests that really call for a reexamination of them. I can actually prove the need for a reexamination. How can someone who is neither a doctor nor a scientist do so?

Police later added five other counts of aggravated sexual assault, two counts of sexual assault and four counts of breach of probation. Brent Bauer of the Ottawa Gay Mens Wellness Initiative said the picture should never have been made public and argued letting police and not public health officials handle cases involving HIV and other diseases will backfire because it discourages people from getting tested in the first place. JPANDS Human Endogenous Retroviruses (HERVs) are confounding factors in HIV/AIDS research that cannot be ignored. Evidence suggests that viral load may actually be measuring retroviral nucleoside sequences associated with HERVs. HERVs also provide a valid explanation for the presence of retroviruses recognizable by electron microscopy (EM) in the original 1983 publication from the Institut Pasteur, and may account for claims of innumerable mutations of the putative HIV pathogen. The interference of HERVs in AIDS research brings into question the subject of study in so-called AIDS Research, and the very existence of an exogenous HIV pathogen itself. - September 7th Millers Death Brings More Mystery

Cameroon Med a young lady came in with the complaint of a 6-day history of painful rash over a majority of her body. She also complained of swollen and painful lips. She was put on TMP-SMX 3 months ago and began antiretroviral therapy about a week ago. The rash on the abdomen, arms, and legs looked almost on molluscum contagiosum. On the palms of her hands and the soles of her feet were purpuric lesions. Her lips were indeed swollen and there were weeping lesions present. I had no idea what was going on so I consulted Dr. Francine one of the more senior clinicians that was present in the clinic. She had seen one case like this before and the final diagnosis was a reaction to Nevirapine (a component of her 3 drug regimen for HIV). We told her to immediately stop the Nevirapine and return to her treating physician for a different regimen of ART therapy

RT July 23 marks the final day of an international AIDS conference where scientists from around the world have worked to fight and cure the disease. He said a study of 175 couples, one partner with HIV and one without, engaged in a sexual relationship for six years and in the end the partner who began without aids still did not have aids. Zero is a pretty low number to indicate a sexual component to this, said Scheff

JAMA [So far HIV vaccines havent prevented HIV infections in any statistically significant number of recipients but apparently they can cause you to test HIV-positive] Among 2,176 participants free of HIV infection [HIV-negative] who received a vaccine product, 908 (41.7%) had VISP [vaccine-induced HIV seropositivity], but the occurrence of VISP varied substantially across different HIV vaccine product types: 399 of 460 (86.7%) adenovirus 5 product recipients, 295 of 552 (53.4%) recipients of poxvirus alone or as a boost, and 35 of 555 (6.3%) of DNA-alone product recipients developed VISP. Overall, the highest proportion of VISP (891/2176 tested [40.9%]) occurred with the HIV 1/2 (rDNA) EIA kit compared with the rLAV EIA (150/700 tested [21.4%]), HIV-1 Plus O Microelisa System (193/1309 tested [14.7%]), and HIV 1/2 Peptide and HIV 1/2 Plus O (189/2150 tested [8.8%]) kits. Only 17 of the 908 participants (1.9%) with VISP tested nonreactive using the HIV 1/2 (rDNA) kit. All recipients of a glycoprotein 140 vaccine (n = 70) had VISP, with 94.3% testing reactive with all 3 EIA kits tested. Among 901 participants with VISP and a Western blot result, 92 (10.2%) had a positive Western blot result (displaying an atypical pattern consistent with vaccine product), and 592 (65.7%) had an indeterminate result. - July 21st HIV vaccines cause 50 percent false positive rate in HIV tests

University of Florence [Presented July 14, 2010 at the University of Florence for a thesis defence] In the first part of this thesis I analyze current hypotheses on AIDS aetiology and pathogenesis using the deconstructive analytical approach proposed by Jacques Derrida, i.e. I conducted thorough, careful, sensitive, and yet transformational readings of scientific texts on HIV and AIDS, to determine what aspects of those texts run counter to their apparent systematicity (structural unity) or intended sense (authorial genesis). In the second part of this thesis, I describe the experiments that I performed in order to demonstrate that some of the changes induced by HIV at the cellular and molecular level are identical to those induced by cadmium, a known environmental carcinogen and I elaborate on the relationship between HIV and human breast cancer. Finally, I describe some effects on angiogenesis [blood vessel development] attributed to HIV that could be due to endogenous factors. As far as the relationship between HIV and AIDS is concerned, I elaborate on the words of Professor Luc Montagnier, who, after having been awarded the Nobel Prize, stated: We can be exposed to HIV many times without being chronically infected. Our immune system will get rid of the virus within a few weeks, if you have a good immune system

Science Professor Peter Duesberg is being attacked again. The withdrawal of his paper from Medical Hypotheses, on the basis of an investigation that has not happened, and probably never will, is now being used as justification for firing him from UC Berkeley. Most bizarrely he is being accused of a conflict of interest because David Rasnick, a co-author on the paper, once worked for vitamin entrepreneur Matthias Rath

The idea is that everyone in defined risk groups should be tested for HIV. In Washington DC this means all black people as well as gay men. In San Francisco mainly gay men. In Vancouver, Canada, mainly IV drug users. Once the target is identified all who test positive will be given AIDS drugs right away not to try to prevent disease, but to prevent transmission. - April 12th On the risk of contracting AIDS at the dissection table
Ital J Anat Embryol Didactic dissection of the human body is still considered the best tool to teach and learn anatomy. Although the risk of being infected with pathogens during dissection has dramatically decreased, fear of infection is still widespread among medical students and health care professionals. The fear of contracting AIDS at the dissection table is of particular relevance because of the emotional implications accompanying the syndrome. In this study we analyze the actual risks of contracting AIDS during dissection in Italy by evaluating health policies and proportions of the epidemic. According to the Italian Ministry of Health, HIV infection and AIDS are not to be considered relevant threats to public health from the epidemiological point of view, and it is estimated that 99.7% of health care workers, who are exposed to HIV, will not be infected. In fact, there is only one well-documented case of an autopsy acquired HIV infection that happened in 1992 the United States. Furthermore, HIV infection is not necessarily associated with AIDS, and most HIV-positive subjects do not develop AIDS, provided that they do not assume toxic drugs or engage in risky behaviours. Conversely, according to the Ministry, AIDS can occur in the absence of signs of HIV infection. Taken together these considerations should help rationalizing the fear of contracting AIDS at the dissection table. The dissection hall can still be a dangerous place and the adoption of safe working practices and awareness of potential risks are mandatory; HIV serophobia, however, is unjustified. - April 11th Academic Horror Story

HIV continues to spread among couples in long-term relationships in sub-Saharan Africa
Those are among the conclusions reached by scientists presenting research at the 17th Conference on Retroviruses and Opportunistic Infections, the annual mid-winter AIDS meeting in the United States. The failure to recognize how much HIV-transmission has occurred over decades in seemingly low-risk couples is tragic, said epidemiologist Rebecca Bunnell of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, who worked in Uganda and Kenya for 14 years. It undoubtedly has resulted in millions of deaths and has produced millions of orphans,
Only as HIV testing has become more common in Africa in the past few years have health authorities come to appreciate the vast number of discordant couples, in which one partner is HIV-positive and the other isnt. In 40 percent of those couples, both partners are infected. But in 60 percent about 340,000 couples only one partner is. [implying that, Good News!, HIV isnt very easily sexually transmitted]
many HIVaffected couples remain discordant for years. [more good news?]
The problem is that most people do not know their HIV status
A 2007 study that tested the blood of a representative sample of 16,000 Kenyans between the ages of 15 and 64 found that only 15 percent of infected people knew they had the virus
In co-habiting couples, use of condoms, which could greatly lower the risk of transmitting the virus, is very low about 5 percent. [ah, people need to understand that knowing is beautiful, that reductions in sexual satisfaction from condoms or latex allergies are a small price to pay and that, most importantly, the AIDS drugs will help even healthy people get side effects (one being that stockholders in the manufacturing companies get rich)] - Obituary for Cass Mann: 1948-2009

Raw footage from "House of Numbers" of Dr. Niel Constantine saying (after Brent Leung indicates that he tested HIV negative in Africa), "Now what if I tell you that the test you took was lousy and doesn't mean a thing, does that make any difference for everybody to hear?" and top UK HIV virologist Robin Weiss saying, "I don't think the Western Blot is a useful diagnostic test, I don't think it's worth doing
You don't need a western blot and it's become a dogma in HIV research that you need one ELISA followed by a Western [blot]. You don't!
Western Blots have been sort of promoted into some sort of holy grail." There have been some efforts by Constantine and Weiss to claim that their statements were taken out of context. Constantine has claimed that he was talking about HIV tests made in garages. It is true that he and Brent Leung discussed this but the discussion on camera is clearly related to Brent's HIV test which was a commercial test produced under circumstances that are normal in Africa. Weiss claimed that he was being pressed by Leung, but the video shows that he was very relaxed. He has also claimed that he was referring to the status of Western Blot testing in the 1980s but that is clearly not the context of the question and Weiss uses the present tense, - "AIDS Denialist Documentary Fails to Convince"

It's about 30 years too late, but the state of California has recognized AZT as a carcinogen. Remember that AZT was approved as the first AIDS drug at massive doses of 1500 mg/day in 1987 (and, in Australia, apparently at 2400mg/day) and was the only drug available until 1991. Many people believe that it is no longer used, but there are actually combination pills (such as Combivir) that include AZT as one component. And even when AZT isn't being used one or two other nucleoside analogs are used instead. If the nucleoside analog AZT causes cancer it's quite likely that others do also (it is hard to say with certainty because AZT was the only AIDS drug used extensively by itself). - The Fauna Foundation: Sanctuary for HIV Research Chimps

In Winnipeg cocaine mixed with a veterinary drug has produced neutropenia in two people, a deficiency of the neutrophil blood cells, often seen in people with AIDS. In fact, if these people were HIV-positive, they might have called it AIDS. Since illegal drugs are produced in secret, unmonitored factors, with no quality control, such problems with drug contamination are common. Even if cocaine and heroin were harmless, street versions might still be deadly. - The Parenzee Case. Once more, from the top
Kyle Shields is the Australian who first introduced Andre Parenzee's lawyer Kevin Borick to questions about HIV and AIDS. His statement, following an introduction by Celia Farber, describes how David Crowe was involved in the case from the very beginning and never, in his opinion, interfered. He also describes how the Perth Group threatened to pull out of the case if any other expert witnesses were called, even scientists like Etienne de Harven who is fully in agreement with them on the non-existence of HIV. - US AIDS Funding Approaching $300 Billion

A new video by graduate film student Nicole Zwiren featuring Duesberg, Gallo, Montagnier and others. - A Gut Instinct about AIDS
Russel Schoch writes, "
Tony Lances world was turned upside down. I thought: Weve been wrong; weve been telling people something that simply isnt true: that refusing recreational and medical drugs was the answer to AIDS. Lance had lost not only a dear friend; his belief system had crumbled. I sold my house, quit my job, and put everything I owned into storage because, honestly, I didnt think I was going to live much longer. Once Tim died, I had two goals: to outlive my grandmotherI didnt want her to see me dieand to live to see the year 2000. He decided to take what he feared would be his final journey: he hiked the Appalachian Trail, a six-month trek from Georgia to Maine. During this time, Lance thought about taking antiretroviral drugs. But I stayed on the fence and never started them, primarily because I was always feeling well and also because I still thought that not taking drugs was the lesser of two evils. I had read about the toxicity of protease inhibitors, how they also inhibited a particular enzyme, cathepsin D, which is critical to the integrity of the gut

An article by Beldeu Singh on the impact of antibiotics, steroids and antiviral drugs on health. - South African Professors Recommend Stopping Free Baby Formula
South African HIV activists are outraged by a recommendation from world-renowned University of KwaZulu-Natal researchers, professors Hoosen Coovadia and Anna Coutsoudis, that the government should stop providing free formula milk to all HIV-infected mothers at state clinics. Of course, since Coovadia and Coutsoudis are leading experts on HIV and breastfeeding, maybe they happen to be right. Their evidence, well within the HIV=AIDS paradigm, is that exclusive breastfeeding results in no more higher level of HIV antibodies than formula feeding and dramatically better health outcomes than replacement feeding. Not good for the multinational formula producers though
- HIV Misdiagnosis
I am a person diagnosed HIV positive while pregnant. I have never taken ARVS and have since given birth to three negative children. No partner of mine has ever contracted the illness. I have spoken with many people from many countries who have lived this misdiagnosis. I have explored research far and wide in an effort to understand the basics that are often overlooked. I follow the research closely and everyday see a new discovery that destroys an old protocol

The DNA Newspaper of Mumbai, India reports on the harrowing" experience of Seema Kapoor when earlier this year, "doctors dropped a bombshell on the 40-year-old stylist saying she had tested HIV positive

The Study Group on AIDS Therapy writes Since 1982, studies were published on how common antibiotics (tetracycline, chloramphenicol, macrolides, etc.) affect the respiratory chain and thus ATP synthesis by inhibiting in the endothelial reticulum the formation of ribosomal proteins and enzymes for the production of peptides which are then absorbed into the mitochondrial membranes. Thereby protein synthesis and the quenching of toxic oxygen radicals in the mitochondria are impaired, and the formation of B cells in the bone marrow and the circulation of T4 helper cells become depleted, while at the same time resistance to antibiotics occurs. The spread of resistant bacterial strains in US clinics in the late 1970s lead to a crisis which was addressed by national conferences on collective guidelines for antibiotic prescribing. The simultaneous appearance of PCP and KS in promiscuous homosexual men in New York and San Francisco, whose continued intake of antibiotics (TMP+SMX) and nitrite stimulatory drugs (poppers) lead in 1982 to the definition of acquired immune deficiency syndrome (AIDS) that according to the postulation of HIV by Luc Montagnier (1983) and the development of HIV antibody tests (1985) was traced back to the human immunodeficiency retrovirus HIV. On the basis of nonspecific tests, of which one even has different definitions in America and Europe to those in Africa and Asia (Western Blot), the rapid proliferation and the severe course over 30 different infectious diseases (from tuberculosis, cryptococcosis, candidiasis, toxoplasmosis, mycobacterium avium, herpes simplex and salmonella sepsis) were traced back to this new infectious retrovirus, rather than to the rapidly growing problem of microbial resistance and mitochondrial damage caused by antibiotics. - Discussing "House of Numbers" at the Jacksonville Film Festival

Director Brent Leung is a brave man. But what makes his explosive documentary, House of Numbers, so undeniably effective, is that he didnt set out to be. As he tells us in the film, he was born in 1980

This website also asks why District 39 city councilman Bill de Blasio, currently running as the New York Public Advocate, won't investigate this human right's violation. - LA Times reviews House of Numbers
Trying really hard to be negative about this movie reviewer Gary Goldstein nonetheless ends by saying, There's no denying, however, the value of exploring such game-changing topics as how HIV-infection numbers are cooked for monetary and political gain; how the effects of global poverty may have led to so many AIDS-related deaths; how such widely used AIDS drugs as AZT have, themselves, often proved fatal; and whether HIV really exists. - Presidential AIDS Forums

Onnie Mary Moyo, from Botswana, reports on her experiences being diagnosed with HIV in 2001, taking medicines for years, and recently quitting. She says, In November 2008, I spent the whole month [with] no ARV, when I saw I was getting better. I started switching the dosages to taking ARV only two weeks in a month, then three x a week, than night only then I stopped. The way ARV contributed to ill health I am still amazed they still asked me to go back on treatment. If it is suicide I am committing by not taking ARVs it is a sweet suicide, it is peaceful. I will settle for that. I have claimed my life with thus suicide. It makes me not want to go back to the clinic because all they will do it instill fear in me, blame me and ensure that is see myself as dead. - House of Numbers film review by Matthew B. Zrebski
A few years ago, Leung came to learn there has always been a debate over the current HIV/AIDS scientific paradigm. Having never known a world without AIDS, this intrigued him, and so his investigative journey began. He was not trying to show courage through radical activism or by asserting some aggressive agenda. He had some questions, and he went around the world asking top HIV/AIDS scientists for the answers

The LA Times reports that they have discovered certain antibodies in more than 1,800 people in Thailand, Australia and Africa who had been infected with HIV for at least three years without the infection proceeding to severe disease. ARV was a rough guy, he really did not ask for my hand politely, he just dragged me to the altar and married me. This was a marriage of convenience and a forceful marriage. The wedding bands were HAART without a heart. This guy and his relatives (that is, the doctors and the pharmaceuticals) threatened me every day. At the altar they said if I do not become devoutly loyal to ARV, there is no chance of reconciliation. I will just end, without him, and end up dead. In the beginning, my loyalty was religious and I did not disappoint my aggressive husband ARV. I honored all the vows I took; unfortunately ARV did not honor any of his vows
- FAIR says HIV/AIDS Funding is Unfair
The Fair Allocations in Research Foundation notes that research funding for HIV/AIDS in America is totally disproportionate. Over $200,000 is spent for every annual death, compared to $2714 for cardiovascular disease and only $714 for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Only West Nile Virus at over $1 million per death is more seriously over-funded. - HIV-positive man called "serial killer" by posse of former lovers
Philippe Padieu has been sent to jail for 45 years because a court believe he transmitted HIV to several former lovers. - "House of Numbers" reviewed by Folio Weekly, Jacksonville
Gwynedd Stuart writes, "
the film has already been criticized by some prominent researchers, who labeled it AIDS Denialism and fear it may encourage people at risk of infection to ignore prevention or treatment. But theres no question that, despite nearly three decades of research, many fundamental questions about AIDS remain. If nothing else, House of Numbers may be the genesis of an interesting dialogue
" - Vaccine Success Claimed
Finally, by combining two failed vaccines together, a clinical trial claims that HIV "infection" can be prevented. But how is "HIV infection" defined? Is this proof of infection? And, if antibody tests are used to determine if someone is HIV-positive and also produced by the vaccine, exactly how are these differentiated? Is is perhaps all just a statistical artefact? In other words, if you do enough vaccine experiments through random chance one will produce statistically significant results even though the intervention doesn't really work. - Noxious Dogmatist De Shong Gets Confused (on Company Time)

Edmond McNack is an HIV-negative (!) man whose life was ruined by AIDS drugs. A sheriff's deputy who was bitten by a prisoner (known to be HIV-negative), McNack took AIDS drugs for 10 weeks. This resulted in lung tumors (sarcoidosis), prednisone treatment, bone damage and finally, hip replacements and permanent unemployment. Since the mainstream media would not know scientific integrity if it bit them on the aspirin, the scientist Robert Scott Bell dubs the rock star of retrovirology, Professor Peter Duesberg, returns to put the sense back in science, especially as it relates to the green glowing glob that is claimed to be HIV. Why was the Nobel Prize awarded to Luc Montaignier and Dr. Françoise Barré-Sinnousi, despite Montagnier admitting in an interview that they did not purify the virus and repeatedly stating over the years that HIV was not sufficient to cause AIDS by itself? Scientist and talk show host Dr. Jonas Moses joins the show to discuss the lack of real science in the HIV causation hypothesis of AIDS. There is still a lot lacking. Author Maria Papagiannidou-St Pierre is a senior Greek journalist and ex-AIDS patient. Born in 1965, she was diagnosed "HIV positive" in 1985. From 1995 to 2005 she was a full-blown AIDS patient suffering horrifically from the side-effects of the medications, being sometimes told she had no more than a week to live. In 2006 she started the website www.hivwave.gr and married the Canadian "HIV negative" Gilles St Pierre. In 23 April 2007 she stopped taking the pills prescribed against AIDS, became strong again and regained the freedom we all lost in 1984. So, what had she suffered from, a deadly hoax? She began to research what had happened to her, met many who had questioned the HIV/AIDS dogma on her way, found the missing answers and now wants to shout out around the world: "The elaborate AIDS construction is built on a false foundation!" - Matt Irwin MD discusses the HIV/AIDS Fraud

The Vera Institute has finally reported on the ICC scandal. You remember, the Incarnation Children's Hospital took orphans, or took custody of children, and then subjected them to massive dosages of AIDS drugs. Remarkably the institute refused to accept most information from journalist Liam Scheff because (really) they refused to talk to any participants in a clinical trial! But, trust them, they really did want to get to the bottom of this, they just refused to touch a shovel. - HIV Positive Man Tests HIV Negative 8 Years Later
Dimitrios Garnelis and his wife, Laura, sued the Department of Health because of a false-positive test result Garnelis received in 1991. He suffered significant health problems during the 10 weeks before he could not longer stand taking the drugs, and these health problems continued, resulting in lung sarcoidosis, prednisone treatment, damage to his hips caused by the prednisone resulting in a double hip replacement. Even today "McNack complains of fatigue, joint pain, hip pain, tremors, wrist pain, loss of balance, and numbness." A slam dunk worker's compensation case? No, Dr. Yasmine Wasfi, an expert in sarcoidosis stated that "there are reports linking HAART therapy to sarcoidosis in HIV positive patients. [However,] Wasfi
is unable to find any medical reports or studies linking HAART medications to non-HIV-positive patients
Wasfi opined it is biologically implausible for an HIV negative person to acquire sarcoid after taking HAART medications". McNack may be appealing. - HIV-Positive? Tell Liam
"I have written a good deal about Hiv testing and the people given the diagnosis. I have written from a critical perspective on the tests and drugs used, and have found some significant causes for concern in the field. I think what is most troubling to me is the absolutely final nature of the diagnosis itself. I find it to be terribly shocking, and I think, terribly unfair. What I would like is to hear your stories, if youre willing to share them, as I try to better understand the phenomenon of testing positive, and how it affects the people who are given this diagnosis

We interrupt the pharmaceutical-lovefest to bring you World AIDS Treatment Day in order that we may pre-empt the pharmaceutical money machine that funds World AIDS Day. It is long past time to get over the wrong-headed concept that AIDS can be countered by drugs too toxic for healthy people to use. Now that the world knows that Gallos 1984 Popovic et al paper does NOT prove that HIV causes AIDS, when will SCIENCE withdraw the original four papers on which this immune deficiency syndrome falsely rests? I have an all-star cast joining me in reversing the ignorance and arrogance of those who believe that HIV causes immune deficiency. Please welcome returning guests Professor Peter Duesberg, Celia Farber, David Rasnick, and first time guest David Crowe of Rethinking AIDS. We only have to overcome billions of dollars in pharmaceutical funding and a collective global consciousness marketed into believing that HIV is an immortal super villain. No problem. - Interview with Roberto Giraldo
Rethinking AIDS board member Dr. Giraldo is interviewed on the John McNair show. - Robert Scott Bell: Ending Cognitive Dissonance on AIDS with Nutritional Intelligence
Ending Cognitive Dissonance on AIDS with Nutritional Intelligence Are there people living long and healthy lives even after testing positive to non-specific (HIV) antibody tests? Yes, as long as they avoid Highly Active Anti-Retroviral Therapy (HAART). The answer may shock you but it is a resounding yes in people who have rejected pharmaceutical toxins in favor of good nutrition. Despite the media claim that people are living longer on HAART, there is actually an
increased incidence of cancer
only among those individuals who are receiving HAART. It is time to let go of the cognitive dissonance and see the truth. Immune deficiency is real. HIV causing it is not. What does this mean? It means that the power to heal is yours, as it has always been. This week we include all the things that CDC, WHO and the Pharmaceutical Industrial Complex do not want you to know about immune deficiency and what to do about it, with special guests David Crowe, Henry Bauer, PhD (author of The Origin, Persistence and Failings of HIV/AIDS Theory), Christine Maggiore (author of What If Everything You Thought You Knew about AIDS Was Wrong?), Clark Baker (Gallos Egg) and more. Recently, the media reported HIV will be eradicated in another ten years (and billions more dollars). We will have eradicated it in two hours with not one penny of Taxpayer funds and thats not Gallos humor

- Hank Wilson, Gay Activist and Poppers Opponent, Dies
John Lauritsen writes: Hank Wilson, a prominent gay activist in San Francisco, died on Sunday, November 9th 2008. In 1981 Hank Wilson founded the Committee to Monitor Poppers, to warn gay men about the dangers of inhaling the volatile or alkyl nitrites (aka poppers). For the rest of his life this cause was dear to his heart. I met and began collaborating with him in 1983. Despite living 3000 miles apart he in San Francisco and I in New York City we were constantly in contact with each other through mail and the phone (no e-mail or Internet in those days). We published a series of pamphlets and wrote articles for those few gay papers that would publish anti-poppers articles. In 1986 we published a small book, Death Rush: Poppers & AIDS, which is now online: Hank and I took a lot of abuse for our stand, but didn't give in. Our criticisms of poppers have held up. The medical literature on poppers is still valid. The biochemical properties of poppers have not changed: they are still flammable, mutagenic, and carcinogenic. Poppers are still hazardous to the health. They still cause anemia and weaken the immune system. The use of poppers is currently the only tenable hypothesis for the occurrence of kaposi's sarcoma (KS) among gay men. Hank and I didnt agree on the role (or non-role) of HIV in causing AIDS, but we were always friends. Ill miss him. John Lauritsen, Independent Scholar. Author: The Man Who Wrote Frankenstein (2007). The AIDS Cult (1997). The AIDS War (1993). Poison By Prescription: The AZT Story (1990). - Jason Erb on Right to Redress with Steve Allen, producer of HIV=AIDS: Fact or Fraud?
Jason Erb of Rethinking AIDS discusses some of the highlights of the monumental Sunday November 30 broadcast on the Robert Scott Bell show that preempted World AIDS Day with 7 prominent AIDS Rethinkers. He also discusses how he came to question HIV/AIDS Theory and later became an official member of RA, and exposes the intent and actions of some in the AIDS establishment to restrict debate outside of their tightly controlled paradigm, by providing information they are well aware of and desperately dont want you to find out about. - Media Analysts Admit that the LA Coroner and "Law & Order" are Wrong
A media website report for November 17th reinforces the knowledge that a recent Law & Order Special Victims Unit episode was based on a distortion of the death of Eliza Jane, Christine Maggiore's daughter "The story centers on a character obviously based on Rethinking AIDS board member and Alive & Well founder Christine Maggiore". Although the Law & Order episode has the daughter dying of AIDS (PCP and meningitis) this media website states that "Maggiores young daughter died in May 2005 of an amoxicillin reaction wrongly declared to be 'AIDS'." - Lambros Papantoniou Asks Tough Questions on World AIDS Day

A new article by Dr. Henry Bauer in the Journal of American Physicians and Surgeons. He states "neither the age distribution of first HIV-positive test nor that of death from AIDS changed between 1987 and 2004. Both distributions still peak between ages 35 and 44. These data are incompatible with the conventional view of HIV/AIDS. Black and Hispanic Americans have higher rates of HIV positivity and death from AIDS, yet their age of death is appreciably older than that of whites, Amerindians, or Asian Americans with HIV/AIDS. It seems incongruous that a race-associated factor should both predispose to disease, and also permit longer survival with the disease." - Sham Peer Review
If you think doctors are free to practice as they see fit (e.g. treating HIV-positive people without AIDS drugs) this case will illustrate how the system really works when a doctor's choices go up against the financial interests of an institution. Amidst all of the media clatter about mandatory universal health insurance, one point of view has been conspicuously absent. That is the opinion held by a lot of well-informed people who reject most of Western pharmaceutically-based medicine. These people have maintained their own health naturally for many decades, and dont believe that the pharmaceutical approach is a healthy one. Indeed, studies have found that properly-used pharmaceutical medicines, unnecessary surgeries, and other medical procedures cause more than 700,000 deaths every year, in the United States alone. And thats not even counting all of the cancer deaths that were really caused by chemotherapy and radiation, the AIDS deaths that were really caused by the extremely toxic AIDS drugs, and many more similar situations

This is not at all any surprise, because it is almost a normalcy that whenever we talk about death and diseases, Africa is always at the top of the chart. Either a disease has been first discovered here, or, because of poverty and all what not, it is predominant on the continent. Interestingly, we are always more than willing to accept these revelations as Biblical facts

A special interview for CKLN Radio with multi-faceted author, journalist and researcher David Crowe on how AIDS affects millions of people worldwide in completely different ways than the mass media portrays. The entire system is based on billions in immoral profiteering, stereotypes, fear, ignorance, fraud, brainwashing, negligence, censorship and more. Africa has been decimated by AIDS and the cures, North American governments are forcing parents to give their kids toxic and unproven drugs, and the legal and medical communities are trying to test everyone despite the fact they all test for different things. A must-listen for anyone who wants to survive our increasingly Kafkaesque (David Crowe) healthcare system and avoid catching AIDS from an AIDS test. - THE INFECTIOUS MYTH What Is Big Pharmacide Getting Wrong That We Need To Get Right?
A special CKLN Radio interview with Mr. David Crowe from TheInfectiousMyth.com about what the medical-chemical industrial complex is getting wrong that we need to get right. We all want to trust the people in charge of our health, but we all have examples of their imperfection and irresponsibility which add up to a lot we know but dont discuss much. Its worth having faith in our ability to ask questions and get answers in using curiousity to beat ignorance, often the only thing that does. In societies full of experts who listen to other experts to become experts, we have to insist that anyone smart be smart enough to explain things or we wont believe them. Sounds fair, well see how it goes. In a clear, calm, dispassionate and articulate manner Mr. Crowe goes from the history of the polio vaccine to its use today, the history of viruses and vaccines in general and their impact on society, the role and attitude of the medical and pharmaceutical community, the latest virus scares that become less scary if we understood them and much more. If you care enough to pay for better health, you might want to listen to this interview for free and check out his work, it could save you a bundle
- Public Choice Reviews Dr. Henry Bauers book The Origin, Persistence and Failings of HIV/AIDS Theory
This is an important book. In 250 fact-filled, closely reasoned pages of text, Henry Bauer, professor emeritus of chemistry and science studies, and dean emeritus of Arts and Sciences at Virginia Tech, systematically demolishes the theorymore correctly the hypothesis or conjecturethat human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) causes acquired immune deficiency syndrome (AIDS). According to conventional wisdom, that disease, which first presented in the early 1980s among the gay communities of San Francisco, New York and a few other large US cities, has, via bisexual switch-hitting, exchanges of dirty needles among intravenous drug users, and transfusions of HIV-polluted blood, become a full-blown epidemic endangering everyone, be they gay, straight, or somewhere in between. HIV/AIDS now is a global public-health crisis of alarming dimensions, ravaging Sub-Saharan Africa and threatening to decimate much of the developing world, or so the usual story goes

This book offers a new way forward in our understanding of AIDS and the mechanisms underlying it, which may be enormously important to future directions for research and treatment. Written by a medical microbiologist with more than 30 years of experience with hands on work, especially that involving electron microscopy, it makes extensive use of laboratory-acquired expertise and evidence to question the view that a retrovirus is responsible for the collapse of the immune system seen in AIDS

One expects scientific discourse to be focused dispassionately on substantive issues. Yet doctors, scientists, and others who question whether human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) causes acquired immune deficiency syndrome (AIDS) have been called the moral equivalent of Holocaust deniers; their employers have been urged to dismiss them; laws under which they could be imprisoned have been envisioned; and media have been asked to purge their archives of anything potentially favorable to such doubting. Evidently those who make these attacks are absolutely convinced that HIV causes AIDS. That raises the question of how much certainty is ever attainable in science, especially over so complex an issue as AIDS. Furthermore, the attackers fail to make a necessary distinction between raising questions and urging action. They have presented a number of flawed arguments, including those about the credentials or experience needed to assess evidence. Objectively speaking, both official reports and the peer-reviewed literature afford substantive grounds for doubting that HIV is the necessary and sufficient cause of AIDS and that antiretroviral treatment is unambiguously beneficial. - New website highlights the danger of poppers

The preoccupation with HIV/AIDS in Africa has led us to supply expensive antiretroviral drugs to stave off a disease whose symptoms of illness appear an average of 10 years after infection, while leaving a much larger portion of the African populations to suffer malnutrition and other diseases that kill much more rapidly
